Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be sent to the following email address: conferencecoordinator@isccm.org
- 100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to any government guidelines
- Till 31st May 2024 - 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.
- After 31st May 2024 - 100% cancellation fee. No Refunds
- Refund Process: Payments shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference.
Disclaimer : The registration for workshops or conference after June 12, 2024, will not qualify for CME points from the Karnataka Medical Council.
Terms & Conditions
- Registration Fee is Inclusive of 18% GST
- Registration for the conference is compulsory to register in workshop
- Students (Letter from HOD/Teacher required).
- Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
- Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not.
- For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card. The disbursal of delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
